DVD+R DL is the industry standard as opposed to DVD-R DL. DVD+R DL discs offer a wider compatibility and are the only DL discs we recommend for commercial applications. The "branded" subcategory identifies the disc top surface as either having a logo on the disc, having retail packaging, or not printable. These are currently available from such major brands as Verbatim, MBI, HP and Ritek Ridata.
DVD+R DL discs come either branded or in inkjet, thermal or lightscribe tops for printing applications.
