Product News - May - June 2011 Update

May has seen a release of 10 new bluray blank media 25G and 50G products. Most of them are branded type. We are now the largest online store in Canada for bluray media and supplies.

We added several new products in April and more new products are on the way. Some SKUs are seeing price increases due to the high price of oil, transportation, and raw materials, as well as because of the devastation in Japan. The strong Canadian dollar, however, is keeping our pricing stable and off-setting these increases for the time being.

We're very excited to keep our product line expanding, bringing you the latest in blank media and technology, always at wholesale prices. Check out our newest products, those that are coming soon, as well as any product limitations or shortages you may expect.

BLANK DVD R MEDIA

New Inventory - Microboards DVD R media has enhanced their line card to include DVD+R DL White Thermal Hub Printable, and more Memorex, TDK, and Philips SKUs will be added by the end of the month.

Shortages - Expect shortages in Taiyo Yuden Hard Coat DVDs in the coming months. Our stock of Watershield DVDs is not yet critical.

BLANK CD R MEDIA

New Inventory - The Ritek Ridata CD R discs that have been in short supply (namely the white hub and white thermal hub) are due to arrive before the end of the month.

Shortages - Expect shortages of Taiyo Yuden White Thermal Everest and Silver Lacquer Premium leading into May.

BLANK BLU-RAY DISCS

New Inventory – Beyond falling prices, we've added JVC 50G and Ritek Printable blu-ray discs already, and we will be adding four or five new SKUs by April 23rd to our already impressive blu-ray disc shelf.

Shortages - Verbatim blu-ray has been in shortage and the LTH product has been discontinued.

DVD CASES & BLURAY CASES

New Inventory - Did you know we now have the purple Kinect cases for Xbox 360? How about eco-friendly cases? Eco-friendly cases are available for both Blu-ray and DVD, and blu-ray cases with the 3D logo have been added, too. Also, we are one of the few companies to now offer triple and quad blu-ray cases.

Replaced - We have replaced our Lenco brand of professional black 14mm cases temporarily. They are the same or better quality cases, but cheaper. We are sure you will embrace the switch.

DUPLICATORS

New Inventory - We have added the complete Microboards PRO linecard of duplicators. The main benefit of this product is that you can buy copy-protection dongles to stop your customers from making illegal copies. Also be sure to view our Vinpower Shark Copiers, which are assembled here in Kitchener, offering cheaper prices and local servicing. Plus, enjoy free shipping on all duplicators.

DISC PRINTERS & DISC PUBLISHERS

New Inventory - Our list expands again to include the NEW Primera 4200 series. The autoprinter and publishing units (as well as the ink for both) are now available, and all products are now in-stock in Dundas. Also, look for more units from Vinpower available next month.
