When I get to the cart contents review page, I can't continue to the checkout. What's wrong?

In order to complete a checkout, we must have your shipping information. This can be done any time by signing up as a member of Blankmedia. Even from the cart contents page, you just click "Sign Up" in the header and then come back to the cart contents page by clicking "Edit Cart/Buy Now". If you are a member already, then you must log in at the top of the page and afterwards, you will be able to complete your checkout. You will now see availabe a pull-down menu asking for your preferred method of payment and a button that takes you to the checkout page.

How can I search for a product specifically by name?

A

At the bottom of the header, there is a search field that says "find item". Click in the field and enter any word you like. Then click "GO". This will search not only product names, but categories, manufacturers, and product descriptions - allowing you to find whatever you're looking for easily. From this page of results, you can even directly enter items into your shopping cart, as from any regular listings page.

Q	Can I pick up orders from your location in Kitchener?
A	We do allow pick ups for orders placed on the website. There is no charge for picking up orders. Please select "Pickup / Pay in person" as the payment method. You will receive our address in your confirmation email and can choose a convenient pickup time online when you complete your order.
