Ordering Procedures:
Ordering is simple.
First create an account by signing up as a new member (create an account). This is located on the top right hand side of the main page.
Remember to click "save" login information after you have completed the form.
You will receive an email confirming we received your member login information
As a signed-in member, just go
into the products section and add items with the convenient pull-down menus
into the cart or just hit the "+" button.
When you are ready to checkout, click the BUY NOW
icon at the top of the page on the left hand side. Follow the cues from there to continue with the transaction depending on how you wish to pay and how fast you need it shipped.
You will automatically be assigned an order number and a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you don't receive a confirmation email with an order number within 1 hour of ordering, please send us a message at sales@blankmedia.ca.
After ordering, you can check the status of your order by clicking on My Orders
on the right hand side of the page after you have logged in.
We regret that we currently do not accept phone orders without an account first being created. |
