Payment Methods:
Blankmedia.ca currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Certapay (Email Money
Transfer), Paypal, Certified Cheques, Money Orders, and C.O.D and Online Bill
Payment.
1) Email Money Transfer: www.certapay.com
This is where you login with your online bank account and transfer funds securely
via email. There is a minimal charge or more from your bank for this service.
This is the information you require from us to complete the transaction from
either your bank's Email Money Transfer page or www.certapay.com pages.
You will receive an email pertaining to the specifics of the payment.
2) Paypal:
Our paypal address is orders@blankmedia.ca to submit payment. Payment
is not received automatically upon checkout.
Please note that your shipping address needs to match your paypal billing address to avoid delays and possible cancellation of your order. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR PAYPAL SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CONFIRMED. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO SHIP TO UNCONFIRMED ADDRESSES.
3) Visa & MasterCard
Once you complete checkout and enter your credit information on our secured page, we will process your payment and ship your order within 24 hours.
It is very important to avoid delays that we have the correct billing address on the card as well as your correct mailing address (if it is different).
Your credit card statement will read BLANK CD/DVD MEDIA. We reserve the right to perform random credit card name and address verifications and the right to cancel an order when the information does not or cannot be verified.
4) Certified Cheques and Money Orders:
The address will be provided in your email confirmation.
5) Pick-up/Pay In Person:
Pickup is available at 2 locations (Kitchener, ON and Dundas, ON)and is currently a free service in Kitchener. Orders must first be placed on
the website.
Select "Pickup / Pay in Person (at the required location) as the payment method.
Selecting this pay method will remove the shipping charges.
Your order is usually filled within 1-2 hours of us receiving it and should be ready for pickup then but it can be
longer depending on the volume and stock availability.
If there is no stock available in Kitchener, we will email immediately to schedule a new pick up date.
All orders are filled in the order they are placed on the website.
The exact address will be sent in the order email confirmation.
Our Kitchener pick up hours are generally as follows but subject to online availability:
Monday - Friday 9AM - 4:30PM from Kitchener,Ont. and Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 3:30PM from Dundas,Ont.

First time customers may be required to pay by cash based at our
discretion or show ID and/or the credit card when picking up the order.
The only available hours for pickup in Dundas,Ont are Monday - Friday from
9:00AM to 3:00PM with no exceptions and subject to stock availability.
Large volume pickup orders over $1,000 may be subject to a 2% handling fee if using credit cards. We will provide cash based (includes online banking)and credit card pricing upon request.
6) Online Bill Payment - CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
This payment method is currently available to customers of the 5 major banks only.
This is paying us the same way that you pay your hydro, gas, cable bill online. Payments submitted by this method may have up to a 24 hour hold
for processing that may delay shipping by as much as 1 business day.
Prompt submission of your payment reference number will reduce and may eliminate
this 1 day shipping delay.
In order to pay by this method, you must be set-up for online
banking and have a basic knowledge of bill paying procedures.

7) CANADA POST COD: CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE
There is a fee of $8 for this service which will be added to your cart. We only accept cash and money orders through Canada Post.
We do not accept personal cheques.
8) PURCHASE ORDERS:
Currently this option is only available for government and schools.
All purchase orders can be faxed to us at 519-954-0723. Please include full contact information in your fax with an email address.
Taxes:
For Canadian Buyers:
GST must be charged on all purchases as we are a legal, registered
entity.
Ontario residents need to add PST as well.
The GST and PST fee must be calculated after shipping charge is added.
If you have HST in your province, that must be added in place of the
GST.
